So I saw an article about famous regional specific breakfasts and Wa was listed for the Dutch Baby . So where is the best place to get or who has the best recipe ? I'm on the Olympic Peninsula and Oak Table has something similar sounding on their menu but it is called a German pancake .

I think a "Dutch baby" and a "German pancake" are the same thing.  I've seen the German pancake at Oak Table (it was HUGE!), but didn't order it.

Original Pancake House in Kirkland (plus Bothell, Maple Valley, Puyallup and Seattle) also list a Dutch Baby on their menu.

Never actually ordered one, so I can't say who has the best.....

The Apple pancake at Oak Table is definitely worth trying. The Oaktable in Kingston is a bit cleaner but the  Sequim location has some cool WWII memorial stuff. A genuine Dutch baby is much more plain. My wife makes them regularly, I will get a recipe tomorow.

Try the Original Pancake House, on Meridian near Puyallup I think.

Never tried them in a restaurant but I can say that my BIL makes an awesome dutch baby.

They are delicious!
