HH6 has offered up a new fun stick for our anniversary... can't decide what is at the top of the list. The choices are (in no particular order):
Price is a consideration in that higher cost will count for more gifting occasions. I have LT OBR's in both calibers as well as a couple of other AR's, and I have a Benelli M3. Thoghts? ETA: I screwed up the poll and left the Benelli out of it...  Post if that is your choice...

I understand the sentiment on the 16 since you can get an AR to perform just as well for less with more upgrade options, but the SCAR 17 seems to be in a niche all by itself. Though I will admit I would check out some of the newer AR-10 pattern guns too, such as the Mega MA-TEN. PMAGs are a big plus... Linky

I've actually been tossing around a MA-TEN build, but that is for another day. I have not fired a SCAR17, but for the price tag I could have a few off the list, including another LT 762 that takes pmags.
Found a Saiga for $650 @ Mary's today so I jumped on it (with HH6 approval and encouragement)... The rest of the list is still in play for Christmas.
