Hello all, my family and I are visiting your beautiful state.  Were staying on Whidbey Island with my in-laws.  This state is so beautiful, it took our breath away.  As I was trying to get my breath back, all the damn liberals in this state took it away a second time.   WOW!  I thought Michigan was bad.......  Everyone on this island is so friendly it's scary.  Were from the Detroit area.  If someone makes eye contact with ya, a "hello" and a polite wave usually do not follow.    My wife and I went out alone on Friday night into Seattle to go on a ghost tour and see the city.  WOW!  My wife was a little scared as it seemed intimidating.  I wasn't to worried as I was armed to the teeth & very well trained.  It was most definitely an experience.

Anyway's I just wanted to say "Hello!" from a visiting ARF.commer and tell you how beautiful it is out here.  Are there any other black rifle people on the island?

Glad you're enjoying your visit. I live in Seattle and, well... yup.

Hopefully you were in town for Summer, which this year occured from July 7th - 9th. We look forward to celebrating Summer again next year.

If you get a chance to take one of the ferries while you're here, I recommend it. It can be a great way to see the San Juans and if you want to go as a "walk on" (no car) it's pretty cheap too.

We've got a lot of libs here, but for the most part, if you're nice to them, they'll be nice to you. Think of 'em like spiders. If you see one, don't get too worked up about it and a couple of minutes later they will have scurried off somewhere else and not be your problem anymore.

I know we've got a few Whidbey folks, but their names escape me at the moment.
