Where are you located?

There's a tiny little shop out near Monroe on HWY 2 run out of a moderate size tin building.  They normally have a surprisingly large selection of USGI surplus (as opposed to Chinese made copies of USGI stuff).    There's another good one out near I want to say Lynwood (Ed's?)on 99, and a few in downtown Seattle.

If in the Tacoma area there are a lot between exit 123 and 122.  I don't remember the street but it's the first turn once you take the exit.

Union Ave SW.

There is at least 4 on that half mile stretch of road.  I frequent 92 Yankee and The Foxhole, they got decent stuff.

Across from the Foxhole is the massive firetrap of stolen/looted GI items called Mamasans...or something like that...

Quick Stop GI Surplus. Probably the best surplus store in the region if you need/want current issue gear in decent condition.

Mamma San is great. Be polite and courteous when you go in or the prices double.

And if/when she asks, answer yes that you do in fact believe in Jesus Christ.  The guy doesn't ask, but he also doesn't give the deals she does, and doesn't know where all the stuff is stored/hidden in the store.

Interesting. I've only been in there when the man was there. He was fairly friendly to me, and gave me decent prices.

Scored a brand new pair of coyote brown Danner Boots for $40. Size 13.

She was asking $100, I was very polite and did not ask for a discount I just simply told her that I did not have that much money on me. She asked me what I could afford. I told her I did not wan to offend her with my lowball offer. She told me I was a good customer and have always been nice to her and her daughter, she said, "what do you have in your wallet, I will take that." $40.00 she thanked me for my continued business.

...and then you went and spent the rest of the money in your wallet at shizzle.

Tell me I'm wrong.

Agree,

The prices are a little high for my taste, but the owner is a hell of a good guy.

There's also Sir Plus in Woodinville, they cater to the Airsoft crowd, and is where I picked up my cheap single point sling and mag shingle for FNRL, they have a pretty good selection of odds and ends (especially usgi pouches), new rip off and USGI surplus, carhartt and 5.11 (sometimes).  Good selection of hiking socks, bags, and I saw in there today they had NIW M-16 mags for 9.99 (don't know the quality).
