I see that the posting with the current NFA issues has been taken down. Can someone e-mail me the list of supporting lawmakers so I can e-mail the relevant folks in my area that support this effort? I will not pass this around FYI, just want to do my part.

reading that bill, you made it too complicated, but I understand you are just trying to get SBR.
The more simple thing would be to just strike out this part: prior to July 1, 1994, With that removed it basically says, you can be prosecuted if it's not in accordance with (IAW) federal law. That's how we got it done in AL instead of repealing the entire statute of that banned SBS/SBR, it was amended to say it's felony in the state if it's also a federal felony. So it actually strength the law because it never mentioned anything about having to be IAW federal law before, which we know is more strict ;-) |
