...or dag, since it's only one.
This followed me home the other day from German Shorthaired Pointer Rescue of Washington here in Buckley.  5 months old and comes from a line of hunters, so I hope she'll make a good bird dog in a year or so.

Her name is Millie.

Trust me.  A unclipped GSP tail can be a dangerous weapon.

I should have a good crop of birds to train her with.  Valley quail and pheasants.  Just let me know.

Hopefully she won't be gun shy like my English Setter - goofy dag, I take her to LCR and she cowers under the truck...

I get the feeling she won't be gun shy.  I was rebuilding the steps of my deck and she was right there next to me while I was pounding the nails.  Didn't bother her a bit.
But she did find it necessary to keep running off with the pieces of wood I was working with... until she decided that dragging my cordless screwdriver around the yard by the wrist strap while I chased after her would be more fun.

That dag will run your ass off. Lots of energy. They will leave a lab with his tounge hanging out.

Maybe after she gets a carry permit and some martial arts training?

I thought about having her trained to attack whenever she hears the word "OPUS!"
