..is the deal with people walking around in public talking on speaker phone?  Do they really think that anyone else gives a shit about their conversation?  I see it at least 3 times a week, and every time I give them a look.  Half the time they yell into the phone because the person they're talking to can't hear them...

Is there something I'm missing, or are people just fucking idiots?

It doesn't bother me as much as the bluetooth users looking right at me talking on their phones.

See... I get bluetooth... it's hands free.  It serves a purpose.  Walking down the street yelling into the phone you're hold in front of your face like an asshole servers no purpose other than annoying the people around you.

I'm surprised the people that do this understand the concept of a toilet and don't just walk around with shit in their pants all day.

The need to feel important.  If others have to listen to their conversations, they must be important.

I get a kick out of one old lady we have here in Longview that goes around with 2 bluetooth headsets on.  She must be really important.

No.  If I wanted to be surrounded by fucking idiots and get gouged, I would wander around downtown and go to Wade's.

I do it sometimes, but it's because I can't hear very well without it. I sprained my eardrums in the civil war. I was an ammo carrier in Dino's First Pterodactyl Regiment.

Or so hard of hearing that getting two bluetooths made sense to her. Assuming they're both sync'd to the same cell phone.

Maybe you ought to say something very awkward and inappropriate towards the speakerphone next time.

"EXCUSE ME, YOU WITH THE PHONE!  DIDN'T YOU GIVE ME A BLOWJOB LAST SUNDAY FOR TEN BUCKS?  WHAT WILL A FIVER GET ME?"

Here's how to prepare yourself for this endeavor:  http://www.c25k.com/
