| I don't have a beef really with the WAC, but with Rainier and Shizzle having store fronts and the entire internets at my disposal, what's the point? In the times I've gone, I've never found a "deal", it used to be the only place I could get small AR parts locally, but those that offered them were banned, so it really kills any point to go. Plus the two already mentioned, and WCA along with many others have AR parts in stock. |

Does anyone know the real reason it was so crowded? I know the prices suck and all. But I had to park out in the weeds.
Making ready for the WAC conspiracy s-storm.
A lot of folks go to look at guns. Many people don't care about the politics of WAC. I am going to try to go in the AM. |

no, just thought it was kind of funny. I saw a few deals there. got a lpk for $50. Figure in gas, time, entrance ticket ... was it worth it?
yes, I got to get out of the house (without the wife ), get a few laughs, smell new smells.....so on.
These shows ARE bigger and better then the ones back home (Northern IL, but not Chicago). I bought a membership so that takes care of entrance fees. |

Didn't make it, but i did swing into my local gun store; it was pretty slow at 11 on sat when I dropped in before class, the owner was saying it was because everyone was at the gun show. I stopped by later and picked up a 10/22 for $150 though. It was Dirty but in great shape, came with a Ram-line high cap mag, and was the classic alluminum trigger assembly that I prefer over the new plactic crap. |
