In my family it's always been a tradition to open one present Xmas eve.

So here's mine from M00N

Number 149 of a 950 book signed run.

I got her a stocked 3-day bag. Now, the next time Snopacalypse comes to town I won't have to worry.

Here she's modeling the rain suit from the 3-day bag.

Included in the bag; food, fire, shelter, navigation, rope, camelback, light, first aid, hatchet, and extraction tool.

It's true, I had to hide jewelry (she's wearing it) in the bottom of the bag to get her to look inside.

Thanks Hippy!

Yeah, we always did the 1 early present thing to keep the kids happy. I thought it a good tradition. No clue if they'll do it with theirs. Nice stuff ya got there, tweakus.

So that ring, on her left ring finger, is the jewelry?

Found her a good pair at the surplus place there in Spokane when last we visiting FOB45.  Extra laces in the bag.

Nope, that was from solstice eve. Hippy makes jewelry and I bought a necklace and ear ring set from her for M00N.

I like the wheel in the background.  I found a brand new Ashford Traditional at Goodwill for $99.

That one came from friends, they refinished it and repaired it and it was somewhere around $100.

More of our presents, her jewelry and my book.

And somehow it didn't get broken in the back of your car.

@Hairfarm,

Yeah, I guess that 5 hour detour was worth it, even if prionic was hating it.

My bad, cost was $250 she says, it's a 1970s Ashford Traditional bought in a pallet load by a local spinning group and sat in storage for a long time.
