So over the last couple of years i've used pyrodex P always available at my local joes sporting goods store, well since they have went out of business i've been looking for a similiar mix of powder and have only found the wholesale sports in federal way to stock such powder, unfortunately during this time of year they run out or selectively choose to not stock their shelves with it. I am not making bombs or any other dangerous illegal materials with the powder i actually own a 2" bore solute cannon and have found this powder to work best. I live in the kent area and am looking for a good source where i can find either straight blackpowder, or a synthetic with a FFF rating. Obviously i can order online but becuase this is a hazardous material its $20 shipping which is a little pricy, if anyone can help me locate something locally that would be great. Thank you

Thank you How much are you needing? There are sources for ordering that amount to about $20/lb. Depending on qty., license/permit may or may not be needed. |
| I actually would only need 2-4lbs so yes $20 shipping would be fine if ordering in bulk but for this amount its fairly uneconomical, for these amounts i do not believe any special permits are needed, atleast not in the past, and i'm unaware of any legality changes |
