I don't know what who to blame.
I finally get my C&R forms in the mail today. I find my safety razor letter opener. Slide it in the corner of the brown envelope and slide it to the other side cutting the top of the envelope open. Just like I've done on thousands of bills I received over the years. So what happened? You guessed it. I sliced the fucking form in half. Every damn page. Now WTF do I do? Tape each page together? Apply for another form? Damnit!

Phuck it! I just re-ordered another form.  What for? Are you only going to use it once? If you're going to use it more than once you'll need to make copies anyway. Tape that puppy up and make the copies you're gonna need anyway. I think he is talking about the application form  not the licence.
