I don't blog...I spend more than enough time here to nullify that need, however, I felt Bloggy/Twitterish this morning, so...something random for discussion.

I was poking around online, and found this WTF?!?!?!
:

Obama Threatens 14 US Governors With Immediate Arrest for the crime of treason.

http://www.congress.org/congressorg/bio/userletter/?letter_id=5264198406&content_dir=congressorg

An excerpt:

....angering Obama against these State Governors, this report continues, is their attempt to reestablish what are called State Defense Forces which are described as follows:

"State Defense Forces (SDF) (also known as State Guards, State Military Reserves, or State Militias) in the United States are military units that operate under the sole authority of a state government; they are not regulated by the National Guard Bureau nor are they part of the Army National Guard of the United States.

State Defense Forces are authorized by state and federal law and are under the command of the governor of each state. State Defense Forces are distinct from their state's National Guard in that they cannot become federal entities.

The federal government recognizes State Defense Forces under 32 U.S.C. § 109 which provides that State Defense Forces as a whole may not be called, ordered, or drafted into the Armed Forces of the United States, thus preserving their separation from the National Guard."

Important to note is that Obama, as President of the United States is also its most powerful military leader known by the term of Commander in Chief, and is authorized by the Militia Act of 1903 to federalize his individual States National Guard Forces putting them under his command, something he does not have the power to do with State Defense Forces.

Obama's fear of these State Defense Forces, this report says, rests with his not having power over them, and with the bulk of the US Military Forces he does control being stretched to near breaking with the ongoing wars in Iraq and Afghanistan would leave these State military forces under the control of these Governors in "defacto control" of the United States.

OK, so...there's that. It's "interesting" to me that the base report the article references is a Russian GRU report to Putin....there's other verification of this, most of it being Patriot and Freedom/AWRM type websites, with NO MSM attention. It's more than strange to me with this being out of the blue, and the timing is rather odd being that I can't find any real events that precipitated this....but by all means......discuss.

There was mention of this yesterday in GD.  It was in reference to some source in Canada.

Hmm... Let's see... Name a state highly relevant to this particular HTF with a State Guard that does not fall under NGB.

Hint:  That state has a governor whose name comes up periodically to occupy a position within the current administration.

Methinks this smells a wee bit like bullshit.

The first several paragraphs sounded possible but the last few were involved with tin foil and possible wrapped to tight.IMHO.

If at all true when they show up in force to remove those guilty of treason I hope its on cable.

Yeah...about that.

Why? Are you incapable of constructing the rational basis of an argument predicated upon the Constitution, Constitutional law, or some other platform?????

Look, If his views didn't include voting from the rooftops, myself and 4 million some-odd others being War Criminals and he didn't espouse his opinions on his desires to see all Law Enforcement shot on sight.....it'd [sarcasm]really cool[/sarcasm] to see just how many quotes from dead people he could add to this current, relevant discussion.

Yes, occasionally Strat posted original thought deeply rooted in the Constitution, and he  occasionally provoked quite a bit of thinking, but he also very often fell out of line. I don't wish ill upon the guy, but a good deal of his rant/beliefs were far more extreme than many here would admit, let alone suscribe to. I've been, in regards to the the current administration, closer to having what some would call "treasonous thoughts" than ever before, but certianly don't think we're just to the point of direct violent action.  Not even when I post:
