I just couldn't let all that beautiful fond go to waste though.  Maybe it was the French in me that decided it just had to make a sauce.

The pasta sounds great you should IM the recipe.
Sorry lost my appetite after seeing the chops.
Maybe you should have stuck with the veggie thing, meat might not be your specialty.

There's a loaded mag in the rifle, the bolt is just locked back.

Phill Hartsfield Just because it doesn't have a wire cutter, doesn't mean it's not a great fighting knife.

I actually prefer wine to beer, but to each his own.

Looks like Real People Foodtm , yummm. I'm having a bag of popcorn and a can of vintage Mr. K. I think it was bottled, er, canned on the 12th of last month. Not too aluminummy. No pic, but, honest, my knife is around here someplace. I know, I saw it.

Nice presentation and looks like a great meal.

I am going to score ya' a solid 9/10.

I have to -1 on the lamb chops only because I see what looks like eel guts as 1GR stated above ? Not a lamb fan here so i am sure to be missing out on something here.

My Easter was cruising to the tulips fields this afternoon w/ my honey and knocking off a couple beers at LaConners brew pub and eating some stone fired 5 cheese pizza and some exc crab cakes.

Looks better than the frozen pizza we had...

7/10 because I hate asparagus and you have more onions than meat, and your napkin should be under the fork, not the knife.
