Hope all is well - H10 recently won a vendor project at Microsoft where we need to staff an entire Support team. Is there anyone that you could recommend that would be interested in a 12-18 month consulting position on site in Redmond doing Tier III Systems Support.

Here is the quick job description. We just had this position open up this morning and we are starting our process to identify prospective consultants.

Technical Functions

Performs complex problem solving, determination and resolution of Application-related issues.
Understanding of multi-tiered application technology
Provide advice and input to software development lifecycle process including, but not restricted to;  Environment Architecture, Backup/Recovery Strategies, Data Migration and Security.
Demonstrated ability in working and implementing leading edge technology in a large environment.
Provide assistance in resolving and tracking issues with production applications.
Coordinate with customers and other service providers on new service rollouts.
Provide at-desk Production Support of Business Online Services between the standard hours of 9:00am ? 6:00pm M-F.  
After hours on-call and occasional weekend work likely in order to provide coverage 24 x 7, 365 days of the year for Microsoft?s Business Online Services team.
For each on-call response, a minimum of one hour?s work will be invoiced; responses requiring  more than one hour to resolve will be billed for actual time worked.
