Buy 8 40 round AR15 mags at $25 each, you'll get 320 rounds of ammo in a magazine that will survive a 12 inch drop on the feed lips (feed tower for the Beta mag), they won't jam and they are not a total bitch to reload. I owned one, sold it after the first time I dropped it and broke the feed tower. |

Beta-C's are only "cool" for a little bit, then, well...........everything that grumpy old bastard before me wrote. Be THAT as it may......... When they went up over $250 just before the AWB I knew they were NEVER really coming down to the $185 delivered range again. I waited, bought two after the AWB sunset, when the prices returned to dumb and not stratospherically stoopid. Now I'm just holding onto them, waiitng for the next panic so I can double triple quadruple sextuple my money.  |
