Reading your posts today, it's as if you picked up last week's or older newspaper... It's odd, and I'm not sure how I feel about it. Tomorrow is Monday, and I have to go to work. So normally I won't drink all that heavilly tonight. That being said, due to the confusion on the boards today, I feel like it's Tuesday. I don't normally drink all that much on Tuesdays so I can't make the confusion go away with the drink. What to do? What to do? Does anyone have a light? |

Of course, I wasn't drinking at the time so I fucked it up.... gasket wasn't fit tight, so beer leaked out of my fermenter all over the kitchen while I was washing bottles, then I opened my container of liquid malt extract to add for carbonation, only to find it was molding.... went to get my emergency backup corn sugar packet only to find it missing... ended up using table sugar that has had a vanilla bean in it for the last 2 months.... so.... potential vanilla porter? Wait 10 days until Tuesday the 11th. If the batch turns out shitty, you can have all of my ruined batch (9% alcohol) of vanilla porter. Maybe that will help with the confusion.
