Had some help today and we got the living room floor in. 30x16. Even got wood down in the foyer area. Tom finished the fireplace as well, and he did a nice job.

I am doing all of the finsh work, plus painting, siding, cabinet install.
Bellawood 3.25" wide American Cherry select 3/4" boards. The real stuff. Bought a flooring nailer for $175, and once you have your first 3 rows straight, it goes fairly quickly.

looks good, I've done both living rooms, and one bedroom so far this summer, and also need to do one more bedroom. While I was at it I also installed in floor radiant heat though :-)
