This just came home with me yesterday.  My new HD device.

Brand new Remington 870 Express Tacticool.

Now I just need to get rid of that silly extended choke tube and put a regular one in there.  That thing screams mall ninja and having a 12 gauge pointed at you should be scary enough without it needing to be "pointy".

Pretty slick scattergun

Keep the breaching adapter handy, never know when you might need it

Did it come with beer?  Newbies usually bring beer.

They always forget the beer.

+106.  Forgot, sorry PCR

Also, if you're trying to scare someone in your home with your 12 gauge... you're doing it wrong.

Well I'm not planning on showing the shotgun to people first, should I need to use it.  I figure the scary part begins when you realize "Oh damn, I've just been shot with a 12-gauge" and you now know that I am home.  However looking scary never hurts either.

Lol, newbie.  Yeah, kinda.  I've lurked here for years, I just don't post much.  I read through the WAHTF pretty much everday, helps me get through my rather boring workday.  Plus I'm in Spokane so I'm kinda in a different area than most of you folks.

He has been here one month less than you...... How do you define "newbie?" Maybe his 146 posts were all very well thought out and entertaining...unlike at least 6000 of yours

Oh and keep the pointy thing on it. I would love to explain why I muzzle struck a home invader....really I would do it in a heart beat.

Well, I stand corrected.  Kinda.  It looks like the first time he posted in the WA HTF was in November of 03 HERE

Reading the thread...he offered no beer. TECHNICALLY he owes the HTF 6 years of back beer.

I would definently keep the breach brake on it. Never know when you might need to safely take a door handle off.
