Works for me.
One the one hand In the long run, it may be prudent to hold onto the homes for when things improve enough for the housing market to kick back in (or the govt does something epically stupid to make it easier for folks to get homes), but on the other hand it is an easy way to end your problem. Can I get a temporary job? I’ll take some sick time. It looks fun!
