| going Saturday, as I have a barrel to pickup that was a BAN era configuration (had it threaded 1/2x28) also going to meet up with my Brother, as he wants to buy my Ciener™ Kit ... now that I’m utilizing an Oly-Arms™ RFA® exclusively for my .22LR conversion needs. |
|
got out there around 11am, and picked up the newly threaded 16in barrel; then hooked up with my younger Brother and sold off my Ciener® Kit along with (3) Blackdog® magazines; looked around a bit, but really didn’t have anything else on my list, so I headed out on the plus side |

Went this morning. As always, an exercise in dissapointment 90% of the dealers can go to hell as far as I'm concerned and pack their tables full of overpriced shit up their asses

Went early Saturday and bought a little 5.56mm, 6.8mm and 7.62mm match ammo to replace what I used in Idaho. Prices were two to four bucks a box higher than when I bought the same stuff last month.
I was looking for a spotting scope and found a used Cabela's scope, tripod & hard case for $85.00. While the price was low, it seemed like a good scope and had fully multi-coated lenses. It was their 20-60 X 66mm Big Sky scope. I checked the Cabela's website last night and found the same scope kit for $549.00. Pretty good score for Monroe. Went home and switched out the optics on my rifles to my liking, after our experience at Boomer Shoot. I'm looking for a 20x to 30X scope for 500 yd+ long range. This morning, Gibby and I put together his carbine with his Monroe bought parts. |

I went LATE yesterday.
Picked up some handguards for my next build. I had ordered them online from QTS, then got an email this week saying they are out of stock. So I got them at the WAC show, and they were even cheaper! Also got something else, but I can't say what, as I haven't given the item to that WHAT-Fer yet. |
Maybe I'll go Sunday morning. I don't really have anything I want to buy or sell right now and the chance of finding a deal is well
Now if the tranny lasts long enough to get to Monroe.
