but I ran 2 1/4 mi today in 17:20, first run since SEP08.

73 deg maybe I'll go swimming after I get the deck at Val's done.

That is sweater weather.

Make sure you stay hydrated even when it is cool like that, I would hate to hear of anyone at the Lcr being dehydrated.

Went for my first run in a week. Didn't want to be sore tomorrow, so I kept it <3 mi. Forgot why I liked in so much.

Tomorrow: more sun and distance.
