+1 Lobster (I'm from New England, so even though I don't really like them (too rich for me) I can appreciate people that eat them)
+1 "Moment of death" pic
+2 Rifles
+2 pistols
+1 extra mags
+2 Even the wife gets a tacticool knife
+1 steak
+1 fancy little butter melty thingies.

-1 steak sauce
-1 those fancy little butter melty thingies are pretty ghey, now that I think about it.

You are the 3rd person that I have given a 10/10 to for a dinner pic...

Well done!...

I was only going to give you a 9/10 till you made the crack about the woman not needing a steak.

Best setup I've seen thus far...

10/10

Although the fey little glass of whatever girlie dribble it is sitting by your plate at the head of the table is somewhat questionable...

However, Bonus points awarded for enduring the abuse handed out by your SO while loading the table down with firearms
on Valentines day.  Well played.

Very well played

(I see some contraband, but the good far outweighs the bad)

You could have a side dish of cat shit on the table and still get a 10 in my book.  Can't go wrong with lobster.
2/15/2009 7:27:04 AM EDT
[#20]
Solid 10/10. It would have been 11/10 if the lighting had been better
2/15/2009 8:53:11 AM EDT
[#21]

I found the following Fail

Beverage entry tool on the table...this looks like a formal dinner, you wouldn't leave the cork screw on the table.
Just trying to raise the status of the Beverage Entry tool

under exposed pic...

Steak sauce...if you've got a good steak then you don't need it

However, there is lots of WIN on this table....

Overall, 9/10....

At  first glance 10/10

Then it was   14/10
+1 for Pendleton
+1 Killing your own food despite buying it at the store
+1 Lots of guns and knives
+1 for Pendleton (I like Pendleton)

On further review...

-1 for unopened Pendleton (Could be just a prop)
-3 for HP Sauce (-1 It's British, -1 It's a Heinz product, -1 cooking a shitty steak needing a sauce)
-1 for no ice, leads me to further believe the Pendleton is there as a prop
-1 no measuring device, those could be crawfish and you could be a midget standing on a stool.
-1 two forks.  You plan on breaking one? (especially with those girly hands)
-1 another unnamed sauce that I can't read to bitch about.

6/10

[#23]
Evidently they don't use salad forks in some areas, I do see salad. The wild type Flowers and candles are a good touch on Valentines day and maybe birthdays, but don't get carried away.

Crab and Lobster wowzer!

Good food, good firearms and good alcohol.

No soup spoon but no soup.

Table cloth good

I don't think you can put a minus down for no feet in dinner pictures. However it could be a plus.

-1 for unopened Pendleton (Could be just a prop) All whiskey comes in unopened bottles.
-3 for HP Sauce (-1 It's British, -1 It's a Heinz product, -1 cooking a shitty steak needing a sauce)
That is my FAVORITE steak sauce. Made in Holland. NOT a Heinz product. And that is a home raised Black Angus Tenderloin that cut with a fork.
-1 for no ice, leads me to further believe the Pendleton is there as a prop. Nice detective work but I don't put the ice in till I'm ready to pour and at that point we were still drinking Champagne.
-1 no measuring device, those could be crawfish and you could be a midget standing on a stool. Those are 1.5 lb Maine lobsters. I wouldn't spend 70 bucks on crawfish
-1 two forks. One is a salad fork and one is an entree fork. If you ever date a girl with more than 3 teeth she will explain it to you.
You plan on breaking one? (especially with those girly hands) Quit fanatsizing about my hands, I'm spoken for.
-1 another unnamed sauce that I can't read to bitch about. Mayanik Orange Habanero sauce. That WAS a prop to avoid the all too common -1 for no hot sauce.

6/10

I feel your 6/10 rating was fair with what you had to work with.
Thanks for playing

ETA: You scared the hell out of me with the HP was a Heinz product comment.
I had to research that.

HP Sauce is a condiment; a popular brown sauce formerly produced in Aston, Birmingham, England, by HP Foods but now produced by H.J. Heinz

She did complain but not like you're thinking.
I originally put a 9MM near her plate to go with the 9MM AR next to her.
She complained that she wanted HER Para 12LDA instead.
Damn I married well.

In June 2005, Heinz purchased the parent company, HP Foods, from Danone.[4] In October of that year the United Kingdom Office of Fair Trading referred the takeover to the Competition Commission,[5] who gave the go-ahead for the £440 million acquisition in April 2006.[6]

You're right. Goddamitt!!!!
Just weren't gonna be happy till you ruined my day.
Looks like Heinz is now the parent company of HP.

THANKS A LOT SARGENT FUCKING BUZZKILL.

Very well indeed...   My SO is into firearms, she understands the slight obsession, but I still would have caught a lot of good natured ribbing...
We had us some huge King crab legs, salad and fresh eclairs for desert, but no fancy table, we ate in front of the TV like good Americans watching
Madagascar II.

Well done again.

F1 has gone down hill... it all started when they banned team communications out (driver to driver) during that Barichello Shumaker race, where he slowed down to let shumi win...

=[ they were on the same team! Now they have so many regulations it's bullshit... whatever happened to let the best/fastest driver win.

Many forms of auto racing are in decline.
Look at at the Nascar teams that don't have sponsers this year.
I paid $10.50 a fucking gallon last year at Pacific Raceways for Sunoco 112.
It's down again now but for how long is anybodys guess.
