After you apply for the CPL in person, do they mail it to you once issued or do you have to return to pick it up?

Depends on the agency. Snohomish County me had me fill out an envelope. They sent it to me. Some agencies will make you return to pick it up. Call the agency. They should be able to tell you if they mail it or not.

Only people I know who picked it up were TIGHT with the Sheriff. Pretty much everyone gets it in the mail.

Yep. Turns out if your dad is the Sheriff you can drop buy and pick it up the next day.
Mine was at my door in six days.

I picked mine up at Bothell PD after 1 week of application.
Nice ladies that work at the Bothell PD I must say. Very nice to deal with and very helpful.

FWIW Lynnwood Took about 3 days. Fingerprints Saturday, showed up in the mail Wednesday.

KCSO mails them. Seattle PD you have to pick it up in person, full 30 day wait.

I picked mine up from the College Place PD after about a month. They finger printed me at that time instead of when I applied.

Snohomish County mailed mine and it came in a 4 days. i dont think its that fast these days
