Blue BFL sticker on the back window of a blue Subaru WRX (I think), near Ste Michelle's winery, about 1700.

I spotted a BFL today on Hwy 9 at about Frontier Village 4:45 pm.......dark blue Chrysler minivan...pink BFL's

I would not say half torn off, but it did appear as if a piece may have been missing from the left side of the logo.
