Well I need your help. I will (cross my fingers) be getting my income tax on Friday. I will be heading out on Saturday to check out some gun shop's that of course are open on Saturday and this is where I need you help.
I want start from the south first and hit up shops up north last. Since most places dont open untill 9:00-10:00am, I'am willing to drive as far south (west side of the mountains) as possiable to visit a shop. I'm in the market for a upper but might have to by a whole AR and sell off the lower. I dont mind going to small mom and pop shop's either. So route away. Thanks for any info. |

DGS has 10 new XCR's coming in. They have quite a few stores. What kind of upper setup are you looking to get? As much as I appreciate your request, DGS has lost my buisness. They had those XCR's for $1,699. Now they are priced at $1,799. Same model. There Stag 2T are priced $200 dollars over what they should be. |

No shit on the Gunz and Shizzle . There truly is no reason to go anywhere else. I keep shopping them and
keep finding out that I am wasting my time driving around looking for a "better deal" that aint there. They are the shit ! BTW not getting paid or discounts for this post.

I like these four.
Gunz and Schizzle Marys Pistols Rainier Arms West Coast Armory Other southend places to look into: Bullseye, Welchers, Marksmen, I have been to Fed Way Discount too, their prices are fair but they are at times less than cordial. I also liked Ben's but I see that they are not what they used to be. Sir James... |

I am actively hunting for a LMT 18" rifle-length MRP piston upper with an LMT Defender 2000 lower w/ 2-stage match trigger myself.
Insofar as DGS goes...they have kinds dropped out of favor with me as well. They should drop the "Discount" portion of their title. Having been in the Everett store several times lately, I was upset to see that they're selling 30-round D&H mags for $89.95 each. Their FFL-transfer fees are now up to $50...they're nearly as overpriced as Adventure Sports. (quit doing business with those people a while ago). |

Rainier Arms also has the new Daniel Defense M4's in ! Whats the deal with those? Why isnt that flying off the shelves? I bet they will...Daniel Defense makes good stuff and now they come out with a complete mil/spec. rifle. It looks like there using their own design BUIS and VFG and their new 12" Omega X rail with no delta ring. |

Well I just want to say thanks to all for the advice. I would of loved to visit these places but it looks like I didnt have to go any where. I called the places and asked what they had but nothing of interest.
So I' am at my house working when I get a call from Mike at Rainier Arms and he said he has some LMT uppers and Novenske uppers that had just arrived. He wanted to give me first pick at them before they went up on the net Why give up on those uppers you say. For 2 reasons I didnt want those style uppers and I' ve been having that itch that needed scratched. Will post pic's when I get it this weekend. Now the search for a FDE Pmag |
