This does not surprise me at all.  I heard that when he was still in transition, he was picking which reporters he was going to call on ahead of time, and making sure they were going to ask a "safe" question.

Some of the people supervisors at the bus base thought it was funny to hand out 'Bush' food stamps.  I didn't laugh.  
Maybe I should get a copy of the ones that had BO on them and see if they think that's funny.
