Great customer service. I ordered a gerber triode light, it didn't work, they immediately sent me a new one. The light came with a knife so now I have two of them. That is all. |
| They have a large selection, and usually have a lot in stock. They are great if you need something now, and can't find it anywhere else and can't wait for it to be shipped. But you will pay for that convenience. They are the only place locally that seems to have the red box, 55grain FMJ .223 in stock anymore. |
| If anyone ever asks, I tell them the truth--if you shop around, you can beat our pricing. However, it isn't very often when you see the "amusement park" aspect in a store--that costs money--and the very generous customer satisfaction guarantee. You will never see a "All firearm sales are Final" sign anywhere. Trust me, that part of the policy costs us lots of money every day. The stores and company aren't perfect, but I find it refreshing to know that they only want people who know what they are doing. |
