Well crap, there is the good possibility that I may be out of a job here at the complex like VERY soon. The company has put it on the market and they have a buyer. One of the bad things about that besides being out of work, is the looking for a new place to live as I am on an employee lease with an addendum that if I stop employment with the company for any reason i then have to move..........that sucks!!! So, we may be looking for a 3 bed house, apartment, duplex, trailer, dog house or outhouse within the next 30 days or so. Another bummer about it is that if the job goes, the income goes also which makes it really hard to have the $$$ up front to get another place for our family of 4. What a pisser. So, we will be looking for something in almost any area in the state (would prefer Everett/Arlington/Marysville?Lake Stevens/Lynwood areas) that we can get into easily. What would be best, is if we can find a private owner with a rental unit that would do a lease with us (1 year minimum) and let us move in on the cheap with us doing work on the unit to help with move in costs as I am a service manager in the rental feild and can do everything from locks and locksets to major appliances and everything in between. I are just der dumb maintenance man............ :) So, i thought I would toss the word out here in the WAHTF in the hope that someone here has a unit or knows someone that does. We really do not want to sell off all our posessions to get into another place..... :) But, as the kids and wife are more important the posessions, i will if I have to. So if anyone knows of anything, please let me know. Thanks! |
