It’s done, well almost done, no sights, my first AR build.  I got the matching Mega receivers a few months ago and have been piecing it together ever since. I can’t claim to have done all the work myself but, I am proud of the gun.  I know it goes click bang but I haven’t shot it yet.  Sunday, I have the am off from kids.  I am going to take it to TRRC sight s or no sights and have as much fun as I can.  Here are the particulars.
Mega lower and upper
Rock river internals- the parts kit was short about 5 items. Rodger from Oly helped with that.
DPPMS bolt
Olympic arms 16” heavy barrel, Skip helped with that
I made sure to get part of my toe in there when I took the pic, seemed like tradition

It shoots and does all the things it is supposed to do.  I took it to TRRC and had as much fun as I could.  It is nice living 10 min away form the range.  I can't shoot out my back door but 10 min isn't bad.
I am looking forward to putting some glass on top of it to see what I am shooting at.  Launching lead downrange was fun, but it will be nice to see what I am shooting at.

Any suggestions for a scope.
