As far as just being able to walk in and buy them, I picked up a couple at West Coast Armory in Issaquah. I realise that's not Kent, but it is the only place I have seen them besides Wades in Bellevue.

I'd stay away from Champions over on East Valley Hwy. Better head down to Bullseye in Tacoma for $14.99 a pop IIRC

I think DGS in Tukwila near the mall has some. Unsure of price
