I finally got around to seeing this movie and can see what all the hype is about now. The movie was very well done. The acting was little weak (in my opinion) in some places, but on general the movie was very good.

I would watch this movie again sometime.

Red Dawn was/is a good movie, especially considering when it was made (heavy Cold War music, cue now)

But it seems to me that most countries in history have either been destroyed from without--in war--or from within, as the people lose sight of what made them a nation. Today, America has no real military threats, but...
