Everybody, Here are the links to my home-town newspapers Obituary and to the Funeral homes page: Her Name was Jillian Mae Tielking, Home Town Newspaper Funeral Home Open their Page, the Obits are on the Right hand side For those of you who don't know the whole story; She had gone into Heart Difib on Wensday morning, following kidney failure Monday. We had been able to get her brother and sister up to see her Tuesday, they were able to read to her, and to touch and kiss her all they wanted because we werent so worried about infections anymore, it was kind of a moot point. Kristie and myself were able to help bathe her Tuesday night. When we got the call Wensday Kristie and I went to her bed side, and decided that instead of her passing away laying on a table with Dr.s working on her that we would let her pass in peace. They brought a chair in for Kris to sit in, and disconected everything but the pain medication. Kristie held Jillian in her arms and I held her little hand as she went home. It was a peaceful passing, and Kris and I strongly believe we did the right thing for her. The Doctors say that for awhile they thought she might actually pull out of it, because she was a fighter. The geneticist told us that nobody expected her to last a day with how bad her heart was, she made 26 days. In the end her heart just couldn't pump enough fluid, and her body was badly swollen with fluids that were infusing her cells because her heart couldn't move them around. We aren't doing any real memorial Ceremony, just something for The kids and us. I posted the links above so I can print the messages left for her there in her baby book. Once again, thanks for everybodys Hopes, Prayers, Kind words and Friendship over the last month. We really do appreciate everything. Jon and Kristie |
| My heart and prayers go out to you and your family. I'm very sorry for your loss. My grand daughter (Olivia) was born on Aug 21st. She was small and weighed 5 lbs and about 3 weeks early but otherwise healthy. It was very touch and go before she was born as her mother had complications and the doctors were expecting her to be born around the 1st week of July. Fortunately she stayed in the oven until she was almost full term. I'm truly very sorry for your loss. Times like this are difficult because there is nothing we as human beings can do ease your pain. She is in God's hands now. |
