Jillian passed away this morning in her mothers arms. Thanks for everybodys support, friendship and prayers over the last 26 days.

Words are not enough. Yet they are all we have to offer you. I am so sorry to hear that she is gone. I hope that it is some consolation to you that she touched many lives in her short time here. She is not forgotten, and will help remind us to cherish the time we have with our own children that much more.

You look to be a one in a million father. DO NOT BLAME YOURSELF. If you blame your self you will only make ths apear even worse. We all saw what you did for this wonderful little bundle fo joy. You brought her to this world and gave her life. You gave her all you could. What more could you have done. In the 26 days she was here she felt more love and compassion from her parents than most children do for the rest of their lives.

Smile for her, it may be hard, but it will help. You dont smile for that she is gone, you smile for that she was here.

It might sound stupid but it works. Go with Ms Scout and do something fun. Go to pikeplace market for the day, or something you hanvnt done in a long time. dont forget to bring the little Scouts soething back.
