My wife is the only one I personaly know that has used one in a defensive situation. A guy tryed to kick her door in, she yelled " I have a gun " The guy yelled back ' No you dont !" so she fired a couple rounds through the peep hole in the door. he left bleeding! He was arested a day later trying to rob another home in the neiborhood.cop asked where he got the wound on his ear and he confessed. she shoots a ruger mark 1.[ very well I might add.] DR.
