I can understand why I wasn't invited this time.  Theres just not enough ribs there for me and anyone else.

You do have some vinegar in your sauce don't you?

It's a sweeter sauce....We like it though...so no vinegar.

recipe:
1 CUP KETCHUP
3/4 CUP POWDERED SUGAR
1 TABLESPOON WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
1/4 TEASPOON TABASCO SAUCE
1/2 CUP MOLASSES
1/4 TEASPOON GARLIC SALT
1/2 TEASPOON LIQUID SMOKE

MIX ALL INGREDIENTS IN A SAUCEPAN. COOK AND STIR OVER MEDIUM HEAT UNTIL BOILING. KEEP WARM ON LOW HEAT UNTIL READY TO SERVE. POUR OVER GRILLED MEAT OR POULTRY.

Sounds like we need to start having BBQ competitions at the LCRs.  I am sure we would have no shortage of judges.

I have one of these for my old charcoal smoker that I havent even used yet, Afterburner.

That smoker just sits ever since I got my Weber Smokey Mountain and discovered the Minion Method of lighting the coals for overnight cooks without me getting up all the time to check it.
