All it takes is a badge but it helps if the fags in the black nighties back you up. |
I don't remember you using this kind of language. |
Switzerland wont take you unless you have a shitpot of cash, and needed/wanted skillz... Everyplace else you just buy your way out of conflicts with the law. Im happy here. |
I thought I left that shit behind when I moved up here. Gotta wonder why he made it so easy for the pigs by leaving his shit open. Then again, I wouldn't be near those filth with my windows open, either. Anybody know what the disposition of this is? |

Ahh, another fine example of why Seattle cops are 'disliked' even by other law enforcement agencies in the area. I remember asking a KC deputy what the triangular brass piece on his glock, between the mag and bag of the grip, was called, he called it 'a Seattle sap'
wel... a long skirt is a long skirt |

Certainly one more good reason for me to dislike the SPD. When the leader of the department is insane, it only serves to attract similar insanity in the lower ranks. Of course, Stinkattle has had asshole running their pd for a long time. Kinda makes you wonder...if you called 911 and said, "There's a Mexican breaking into my house! Help!", who would get arrested/harrassed first when they arrive. aaaaaarrrggghh |

Strat, thanks for posting that. I've been up and down the Internet just now, looking for more information about this incident, without success. Does anybody have more information about this - like the name of the fellow, or the ultimate disposition? Was anybody charged for damaging the man's car? I'd really be curious to know. Damn ugly business. My sympathy lies with the arrested man. You could make a case that SPD was trying to keep things calm, by removing the source of the marchers' discontent - ie, the bird waver. I know if I was trying to hold the line down there, I'd want to keep things as calm as possible, and keep all them Mexicans from rioting. However, what I think it really illustrates is the short-sightedness of some street cops. SPD bike cops do a lot of street-level enforcement, going after small time rock dealers. The bike cops that work downtown are notoriously hardheaded - it doesn't take much to pick up an obstruction charge dealing with one of those guys. To me, it looks like the cop decided to make it a pissing match between him and the driver. More than preventing a riot, my gut says the cop got mad 'cause the driver didn't do what he told him to. Those bike cops hate that. That said, even in Seattle, if you call 911 and say a Mexican is breaking into your house, they will still come and arrest him. Hyperbole aside, the department isn't all bad. |
| Well since they keep electing shitbag mayors that appoint police chiefs like that, I can only assume that they are getting what they want. Seattle is such a festering pot of Libtardism that you really can't expect anything more. The only place that I can think of that's worse in WA is some parts of Olympia. Mostly evergreen state. |
GILL, WHERE'S YOUR GLOCK!

You know, this post troubled me all weekend... I have some serious sympathy for that dude. He got the short end of the stick, hands down. But there's one thing that bothers me some... I'm as much a champion of rights (like the 1st and 2nd for example) as the next Libertarian, but there are some limitations that need to be observed. Whether you agree or not (and I'm not sure I do) there are state and local laws that say what he did was "disorderly conduct". The badges asked him to stop and he didn't. It looks like the badges decided to remove him as a possible source of instigation, when in fact they turned him into a much bigger one. In all honesty, I think the biggest source of disorderly conduct was perpetrated by the bike cops in this incident... Either way, no good came of it no matter how you slice it up... I think that's what bothered me the most. If you feel compelled to counter-demonstrate, it seems American to be able to do so peacefully, but you have to really appreciate the disadvantage you're at, which is sad. |
