Mine. (I thought I'd told you) My Grandfather took me through, about 15 years ago, and presented me with the ring as a gift when I completed the work. I think it's titanium.... but can't recall for sure. (I know it can't be resized, and my weight gain prevents me from wearing it  )The silver coins are my sons. My dad and I bought them for my older son, for his birthday last month. |

Hmmm.... I did not know Washington was part of the Southern Jurisdiction (wings down). I thought they were Northern (wings up). Now I'll have to find out. Is it possible your grandfather received that ring as a gift from another family member? |

I don't have a clue. I didn't know the difference before you mentioned it. I think it was new when I received it. (it's engraved with my info inside) It's possible he ordered it new for me, not knowing the difference. But that would be very unlikely.... he was a somewhat of a hobby-historian on the subject, and a very thorough individual. I'll ask my father if he knows more than I do about it. Interesting. |
