Back before Bubba made the nation a safer place by having my FFL non-renewed, there were some pretty ridiculous hoops the "Say Wah" state made me go through every year. Finger prints (every year ???) and a pretty substantial license fee to name two. Do they require any such nonsence for a C&R license? Anyone have experience with a gunsmith license? |
C&R does not require any fingerprints. It used to though. Fill out the paperwork, submit a copy to your local Chief of Police, send off paperwork and payment info to the ATF and you'll have an answer within a couple weeks. |
