Hola Amigos...

I have a question regarding Pay Per View and Comcast.  I can't seem to get an answer out of anyone at Comcast, and my neighbors little brother (who works for them) is also trying to figure it out for me.  I though maybe someone here would have an answer or have tried it in the past.

I have a TV in my living room with a comcast Hi-Def Box.  If I order (say a UFC event) on that TV, and I have a second TV in my Pub Room with another comcast box, would I get the PPV on both TV's for the single price?  Are PPV ordered by Box or by Household?

By box according to my Comcast neighbor.

Now what you can do is order it and move that box downstairs.

But what I'm trying to do is get the Fight on both TV's ...  That way those that want to watch it Huge like, in hi-def can be downstairs with all the food.. while the rest of the party can be upstairs in the Pub watching it with the drinks ...

I see.  Well.... There's one sure fire way to do it.  Order it on one then check to see if the other one picks it up.  If not order it on the second one.

I thought about that too, but I'd like to know before I order a second box and before I plan a UFC bbq, party, etc... Only to be out $70 because I have to order the fight twice, or not have it showing in the bar...

That was another thought, just split the output AV cables but we're talking two rooms that are not in a close proximity.  I've tried one of those Leap Frog devices that send the AV wirelessly, but it's not powerful enough to broadcast that far ($100 wasted at Circuit City)...

You could always buy a Slingbox.  Broadcast it to your a laptop or PC with a video out.  Run that into your other TV.

since comcast codes it out to each box. sometimes if you call up to order and they do it they can send the hit to each box

otherwise you order it then its per device

Yeah, that's the answer I figured I was going to get.  I was really hoping that some people here have come across the same issue and found a work around.
