How would we go about finding an attorney in eastern Washington that handles medical malpractice? My wife went to a doctor last friday, without getting into details that would get me beaten severely about the head and shoulders, he sent her home bleeding and told her not to worry about it. Saturday morning she got up, took about three steps and hit the deck, eyes rolled back in her head and she went into convulsions, got her to the emergency room and into surgery to fix the internal bleeding. She'd nearly bled out, if she hadn't awakened early she wouldn't have awakened at all. We normally wouldn't go the legal route but these people have really pissed me off, they called us three times before her appointment to "make sure we have enough to pay the bill up front" and now when I explained what happened over the weekend it's not their problem. Any help would be greatlt appreciated. |

You might try contacting the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association for a referral (not sure if they make them, but they can give you information): Washington State Trial Lawyers Association Gerhard Letzing, Executive Director 1809 Seventh Avenue, Suite 1500 Seattle, WA 98101-1324 206-464-1011 206-464-0703 Fax [email protected] Also, most county bar associations will make referrals for various areas of expertise and practice. |

Thank you!!! I was always told never to use a lawyer or doctor that advertises but since I've never used a lawyer I had no idea where to start except ads ![]() Amy is doing much better, she's home now and other than sleeping all the time she says she feels good. Thanks again. |
This is a good thing! |
+1 here. That is the absolute most important thing. |
