Do you know much about High Standard, Sport King Carbine, Model A102 .22 Rifles?

I have a friend who has one for sale and is curious what to ask for it.

They were manufactured between 1968and 1972 I believe.

Zilch, (my primary interests are in modern production guns)

But between the gun-nuts here, and RFC, you wont have to go far to find out what you need to know. And, I'll be happy to help. (I know some people )

It's a pretty neat little rifle.

Well according to the "Blue book of gun values" I won at the Day at the range.  The sport king semi auto rifle with a 18 1/4 " barrel straight grip walnut stock with barrel band, sling and open sights is 195.00 for 100% cond.  140 for a 90%, 110 for 80%, 60 for 60% cond.    mfg 1962 - 1971.

There is also on that is called the Sport king deluxe which is the same gun but came with more goodies from the factory, zippered case, plastic triggger lock and G-96 lubricant, add about 10 bucks to the above prices and if he still has orignal box add 10% above  that.

Hope this helps.

Yaaa I got to use this book.
