Whats a good price for winchester Q3131 by the 20 round box? Is this good ammo in your honest opinion?

It's good ammuntion.

If you can find it for less than $4.50 to $4.75 out the door per 20rd box that's about as good as it currently gets

I found a place that has it for 5.95 & 6.95 the price difference is two different color boxes. Mind you both are winchester

GI joes had american eagle for 3.57

I picked up a case of Q3131 at the WAC gun show for like $213 so $4.26 a box. I also got some at Sportsman's Warehouse for I think $4.75 or $4.99 a box.

At the risk of my Flame Suit developing a breach, can I ask why such expensive fodder?

Are you guys doing something more than practicing or plinking? If so, I can understand the desire for quality munition, but I develope a rash when I think of paying more than .10-.12/round for gravel pit blastin' ammo. Granted, it's not even easy finding it at that price currently, but with some digging you can find some deals.

Oh, and I figure if you paying $2 more per box, you can get a replacement rifle in 6-10 cases (depending on your choice of rifle) which should be well before you wear out a barrel anyhow.
