Ahhh...Spring is here at last.
Bought this last week for fun this summer:

CavVet's gonna give me shit for this, but I'm picking up this "RL" tomorrow. This thing has everything in the damn thing except a built in massage girl...At least it comes with XM radio so I don't have to listen to that A-Hole Howard Stern.

*drool* that is one nice RL. i like the profile on it.

I finally picked up my NIB Sig Sauer 228 complete with factory night sights. It arrived last week, but I had been too busy to pick it up earlier.

I heard that Sig discontinued the 228 sales this year for the civilian market, so I had to snatch one up. I've wanted a Sig for about 5 years now and never got around to getting one. Tax season was nice to me this year.

Love the 228!! I just got my first Sig last year.... didn't know what I was missing.

Only new toys for this week were triggers. I picked up and installed a RRA two stage on my AR, and a Rifle Basix trigger for my .22 mag. No pics, but I'm very happy with both. Huge improvements.

Want some engine work done on it?
Let "what's his name" (R-32's BIL) work on it.
He does some serious go-fast shit for the rice burners.

The car comes with the following:
The RL is a large luxury sedan that seats five. It's available in one fully loaded model that includes leather upholstery, a sunroof, power-adjustable and heated front seats, a memory feature for the driver seat and a 10-speaker Bose surround sound audio system that can play music in both DVD-A and CD formats. XM Satellite Radio. The automatic climate control system uses satellite data to help determine time of day and the direction of the sun against the car to appropriately adjust interior comfort levels. Other standard features include 17-inch alloy wheels; adaptive HID headlights that swivel according to steering input; a voice-activated navigation system with real-time traffic information; a keyless access and startup system; OnStar telematics; and a Bluetooth interface for cell phone users. Adaptive cruise control and run-flat tires are optional.

My IOR Valdada 1-4x came in the mail today, only to notice that "Hey this Larue mount won't tighten all the way up on the scope"

My 1.5 SPR mount has a mis-machined thread-sleeve on it and won't thread one of the tube screws.

that's my toy story for the week.

edited: I fixed it. It wasn't very hard to do.

the thing sticking out of the cocking tube(end) its a bayo adapter, but not for a HK bayo, it looks like the one on my CETME FR8 and will mount a CETME bayo. the HK bayo adapter fits in the same spot, but the bayo actaully sticks into the cocking tube and latchs inside, hard to explain.
