It gets better... instead of the 8hours worth of work I was expecting to find there is 12 hours worth.

That's a problem.

We are on day 13, and the last real day, of this project.

We have a projected amount of work for every day of this project.

As of Dec 22 it was running -4%.

All of the other daily work estimates were +-<10% .

Today is 145% of it's estimated work.
