So my Dad's drivers license was up for renewal and they sent him this notice in the mail stating that he could renew online. W00T!! Nothing better then taking care of crap like that online. So I go to use the authorization code they gave me and the bastards put an O in there which I thought was a 0. Not realizing my error I clicked the submit button and was denied. Here is my mistake I clicked the stupid button again like an idiot and one more time DENIED. So I finally realize that I am lame and change it to a 0 and click submit DENIED! Deep breath gooosss fraba Please call customer service at this number...which is an automated nightmare and all they tell me is that my dad has to go in to renew. I decide to try it again the next day with the 0. GRANTED WOO-HOO! Put in the credit card information ERROR. WTF!! So I check my information everything is correct. So I click submit again. ERROR. Someone hates me.  So I tell my dad he needs to go to DOL and renew. He calls me this afternoon after he went down there. They told him it had been renewed online. THOSE BASTARDS! So I check my account to verify that they took the $25. They didnt take just $25 THEY CHARGED ME 4 FREAKIN TIMES!!!  Now I KNOW someone out there hates me! -rant over- |
