Young, skinny, light weight and knees of steel.

I have seen a few videos like that---pretty cool.

What do they call that "sport"?

Whatever  it is, I think Jackie Chan would be considered the godfather of it.

The US Army Basic Training Obstacle Course would be child's play to these guys.

I'm breathing hard just watching this!!  Pretty neat stuff though, I wonder if they have a bloopers video?

Yeah, I could do that.......
NOT!

Impressive stuff.  I wonder how many bumps, bruises, concussions and broken bones that kid has had learning to do all that.

Well,

I could still do the "monkey bar" part of that whole routine.

I think there is some guy in Denver that does this as well.....I can't remember what channel I saw it on, but it was a news segment, and I think he calls it "Extreme Training". It was pretty cool, but these Russian guys look like they taken it to another level...Imagine being a 40 year old cop having to try and chase these guys. Talk about getting left in the dust!

I think it's called freerunning.

I remember about 8 year or so ago when 'freestyle walking' was getting popular.  They had shoes called SOAP shoes with grind plates in the soles.  Definatly havent seen any of that on this level though.

Quite impressive.   Only people I can remember that could match them or even surpass would be some folks in the Chinese Aerobatics.    There were some boys and girls doing things there that were physics challenging.
