thanks for the quick response to my last question. I have another. Can I purchase a handgun FTF in oregon if I live in WA. I am going down to Oregon and am interested in a pistol someone is selling. I am legit and have current permit etc... and can pass ncic in a flash. would i just go thru a gunshop there for paperwork or is it even necessary?

Handguns can only be purchased in your state of residence. It would have to be sent up here to an FFL, then you can do the transfer through the FFL.

o-k, i will just have him ship to my FFL. he only charges 20.00 anyways.
