Ok on my new handgun the P345 all you're supposed to do is take off the little screw on the rear sight and tap the rear sight, i tried with a rubber hammer to no avail
I was hoping one of you locals would help me out, I think I'm retarded or something because i can't get it to move, it must be glued or something?
It shot a little left by about 2 inches at 5 yards and it looks like the rear sight is off by about 1/2 inch from what looks like center...so move it right by 1/2 inch or so.  :)

If there is thread locker on the screw it might have all throughout the dovetail now which would act like glue. Try a bigger hammer or borrow someones sight adjustment tool...If that isn't an option mocing the front could work until you can get the rear on track...
