On the most worthless creature alive: Kitty-kats This needs to be passed in Washington. |
|
How come the laws and restrictions placed on dogs don't apply to cats as well? The neighbor has 2 cats that roam freely in their yard, my yard, pretty much wherever the hell they want. I get tired of seeing cat shit under my little japanese maple and cat prints on my freshly washed cars. |
Wow your neighbor is lucky. Most people I know take them for a long truck ride and then just set them free.
|
| Gal across the street from me has gathered six GD cats! They all run free. That is, they all poop in my yard. I go Cat Splat with Aguila .22 from the upstairs bedroom. They learn, briefly. Got one with my .45 once, a while back. It popped out and scared the shit outa me. I just instinctively drew on it. Didn't know I hit it till a few weeks later, when I found the "leftovers". Everyone is welcome to have pets. They're great. I even have my own pets. I just don't want anybody elses. Or their droppings. Have you ever had to work under a vehicle in a gravel driveway after it rained on the catcrap sprinkled therein? EE-YUK!! |
OH!... I support a open season on ferrets! |
I don't know about projectile weights ![]() For The Def-Tec brand The FerretĀ®-12 is a fin-stabilized frangible projectile filled with chemical agent. It affords standoff distance for safety. It is a non-burning munition suitable for indoor use. Used primarily by tactical teams, it is designed to penetrate barriers, such as windows and hollow core doors. Upon impacting the barrier, the nose ruptures and instantaneously delivers a small payload inside of a structure or vehicle. In a tactical deployment situation, the Ferret-12 is primarily used to dislodge barricaded subjects from very small confined areas. The purpose of the Ferret is to minimize the risks to all parties through pain compliance, temporary discomfort and/or incapacitation of potentially violent or dangerous subjects. The Ferret-12 is available with either liquid or powder carriers for the agent. Liquid carriers provide additional weight over the powder carrier improving barricade penetration potential. Once delivered, powder carriers tend to keep the agent airborne longer than liquid carriers and may have more effect. Liquid carriers contain red dye to aid in shot placement. Shot placement and trajectory considerations should be based upon hardness of the barrier. However, accuracy is dependent on the operator and the condition of barrel (cylinder choke is recommended). Double-paned windows and heavy drapes will reduce or negate delivery of the chemical agent payload. DIRECT FIRING THE FERRET AT ANY INDIVIDUAL CAN CAUSE DEATH OR SERIOUS INJURY. Def-Tec makes them in OC, CS, and CN in either a liquid or powder carrier. I can see a custom WP one as being useful for feret control though.

Let me get this straight, you "instinctively" pointed a .45 at a cat without having time to identify what it was and shot anyway, or did you know what you were shooting at when you pulled the trigger. I hope some child doesn't wander onto your property looking for his lost cat and get shot "accidently" |
