if i buy a gun and they ship it to a ffl, do i have to go through a background check everytime i use the ffl?? or do i pay the transfer fee and walk out with it? |

Bounces? As in your NICS check comes back denied? The transfer dealer will still charge their fee. You can't have the gun so it's going back to where it came from but the seller is going to make you pay for return shipping, perhaps a restocking fee too, and then refund the remainder of your money. Are you worried your NICS check will come back denied? |

Always worrying that you'll get denied is like always worrying that you're going to get VD. Unless you've been doing something that is likely to cause it then there's no sensible reason for it to happen. Now if you'd said something about being wierded out by all the little code words and phrases they use on the phone when they are talking about you that'd be a whole different matter. [tinfoil] |
